Flange Heaters

Flange heaters are a type of electric immersion heater that is specifically designed to be mounted on a flange. Often used in hot water storage systems, for preheating oils, cleaning and rinsing tanks, heat transfer systems and heating gases. All our flange heaters are made to our customer’s specific requirements to ensure they operate efficiently and effectively.

Bespoke Design

All our flange heaters are designed using proven graphs, corrosion charts and computer-aided design (CAD). A general assembly drawing will be presented to you for approval before we commence the manufacturing process. All necessary controls are employed, such as thermocouples, PT100s, capillary stats and manual reset thermostats as required.
